Sale items are Final Sale.

We understand that sometimes, things just don't work out. For this reason, we will gladly accept makeup and skincare back for an exchange or store credit only within 7 days of order date. Please note that each order is eligable to be returned once. To initiate a return, please email us at stavsbeauty.inc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange / store credit. Please note that if your order was eligible for free shipping (over $100 CAD) and returned back for an exchange or store credit, we will with hold $12.50 CAD to cover the original shipping fees we paid out of pocket to ship out the original order. If your order was under $150 CAD and our customer paid the shipping fee, we will not with hold anything, however, original shipping fee will not be credited back onto store credit. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your return initiation email.
